well, i have finally finally stopped drowning in the school work, meaning, i’ve back to maintain my daily level of keeping up instead of just doing what was due. policy policy school is so interesting. but a lot of reading.

turns out that it is the perfect time to get a puppy as half the days i am home by 1 and the the other half by 3 or 4 and then have fridays off somewhat. i can’t imagine leaving pepper alone so much under my last grad school gig. even when she is biting my feet and jeans and saying no is like talking to a brick way i am loving being around. she sleeps on my lap while i read my political economy or work on problem sets. She is growing like crazy so soon she’ll be too big. yesterday she jerked in her sleep and slip right off my lap. I caught her, but it startled us both.
